Recurrent Flashbacks?

Do any of you get vivid flashbacks to just a few specific moments from your most recent past life over and over?

When I was quite young I started having recurrent flashbacks that continued into adulthood. They always go as follows: I'm standing on a narrow, cobblestone street lined by buildings. I know im in Britain during WW2. Next thing I know, I'm being pulled blindfolded into a dark basement and when I wake up I'm sitting strapped to a chair. They put a needle in my left arm and then I die.

For years I've tried to put the pieces together to figure out who I was but it's so frustrating not to have all the answers.

Why don't you submit to a good regression - first trying one of those nice video-clips of which there are lots on youtube, and then, if you wish more details and to go still deeper - with a good specialist hypno-therapist?

Flashbacks alone are just that - like short flashes of a torch in the dark, you can't see much by them, and they are absolutely uncontrollable.

IMHO.

Good luck!
